Location was excellent. The flat was fantastic and couldn't hear anything between rooms. I know a previous review mentioned yappy dogs from flat downstairs......only really heard them when returning to/from flat. Couldn't really fault the place........

Great location, Criccieth is very nice and also a good starting point if you want to explore North Wales. The flat was very nice, very well equiped. The big windows with great views were a delight. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

Great location. Exceptionally well equipped with all that we needed for our stay. We would definitely look to book again on a return visit to Criccieth.

Great location and views. Spacious and comfortable

Spacious, mostly clean apart from odd cobwebs. Comfortable beds and sofas. Nice kitchen, well enough stocked for our needs. Great views. Good TV and WiFi.

Parking tight. The lady in the ground floor flat has 2 dogs that bark and yap so they disturbed us sometimes. She has put a gate up to the garden to keep her dogs in. The garden is supposed to be a shared space according to description. It does not feel like you could just open her gate and walk in! It does not present as a shared space. There was dog poo left on the grass during the day, and dog toys left lying around. Again, this made it look like her garden, not a shared space. You wouldn't want kids playing there with dog poo left lying around all day. The instructions on where to find the property need updating. They refer to it being next to a nursing home. The nursing home is closed up, no signage, it's long shut.

Although I was unsure about the location (on a main road, high above the two beaches (I have mobility problems), in fact the nearness to the coastal path walks made up for that. Also, the high ceilings, spaciousness and big windows of the two main rooms, facing south, looking down on trees and the garden, plus the light colours and tasteful furnishings, gave an airy feel. This apartment would suit a family, there is so much space, and it was well supplied with kitchen equipment and games. A lot of thought had gone into the refurbishment, and nearly every need was met. The nearness of the railway station is a real plus for those on public transport.

As two single women friends with different mobility and energies, we needed two keys, but this was very quickly remedied by the helpful owner. If the weather had not been so good, a working electric fire would make evenings more cheerful. A toilet brush is needed in the en-suite, and a grab rail and shelf in the shower. A cafetiere and lemon squeezer in the kitchen. Information about bus services in both directions from the stop outside would be useful for those, like us, without a car, or those walking the long distance coastal path.

Schönes und grosses Appartment mit Blick auf Schloss und Meer. Die Ausstattung ist Fantastisch es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend. Einen Parkplatz gibt es auch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
