Brook Cottage Green - 2 Bedroom Cottage - Dale

Perfect location, spacious sitting room area with fantastic views. Beds very comfy. Outdoor space to sit although only two benches for four cottages. Good sized kitchen/dining/living area.

Lacked finishing touches, for example there was no welcome pack ( although there was fresh milk in the fridge) and the garden area was quite unkempt. Bathroom towels were quite small and no extra essentials supplied such as shower or hand gel which we find are often provided nowadays. No recycling bags were supplied and there was only one black bin bag, contacted the company & they said the cleaners sort the recycling but not sure how this is done given the rubbish is contaminated by food waste? We asked for another black bag as there were no recycling bags but were advised only one was supplied. Parking was quite tight, fortunately our neighbours were very co-operative in moving cars around!

The location of this property is stunning. It is lovely. The layout of the property really makes the most of the stunning sea view. The property itself is very well presented and has all the things you require.

When we arrived the key in the key box was rusty and would not work, we had to call the office to arrange a locksmith who replaced the lock. The front door itself is still really hard to close properly and feels warped and insecure. It was all dealt with pretty swiftly by the office team which was great.

View and proximity to the inlet was lovely and the property was generally very clean and comfortable and finished to a high standard.

Wifi and TV connection was poor, which let it down
