La ubicación del piso zona muy tranquila
Lo que no me gustó fue que es un tercero sin ascensor y llevaba una niña con movilidad reducida y eso lo tenían que comunicar en el anuncio que es tercero sin ascensor por eso lo dijo para que a nadie le pase lo q me pasó Ami

Limpio, espacioso, luminoso. Terrazas increíbles, cocina servicial y salón amplio (Pero bastante frío). Buena atención en todo momento. El precio es muy bueno para la calidad del lugar.
La ubicación es algo incómoda para ser Peniche. El apartamento está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor. El agua caliente falla bastante. La ducha, especialmente la de abajo sale o muy caliente o helada, se regula bastante mal y tiene cambios constantes, lo que hizo bastante incómoda cada ducha.

Die Ausstattung war vollständig, die Zimmer ausreichend groß, aber alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab Sonnenschirme und einen Windschutz, den wir mit an den Strand nehmen konnten.
Die Terrassen waren leider eher schmutzig und es gab keine Auflagen für die Terrassenmöbel, sodass wir die Terrassen gar nicht genutzt haben. Die Küchenschränke waren etwas klebrig, hier wäre eine gründliche Reinigung mal wieder von Nöten.
