The apartment location was amazing very central and in the heart of Milan. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, very good for its price. I appreciate the fact that they also do recycling of the rubbish. Marco was very helpful through WhatsApp.

When we arrived we struggled a little bit to find our apartment I think there should be a better arrival instructions like on what floor the apartment is and the name of the apartment should be one of the first thing they state. Also we had a problem with the code system at the front door, one night our code stopped working and the door did not open. It was very unpleasant since it happened at night and we couldn’t enter the apartment for a long time. The staff was very helpful and they gave us a new code but we had to stay for a while on the street before that happened and we had to run away from a drunk homeless man who was approaching the door and later we had to hide in a bar from another man that decided to stalk us, which definitely spoiled our holiday since we felt very unsafe and couldn’t enter the apartment building for a proper 30 minutes. I would advise to have someone who is able to answer calls 24/7, because after 17:00 the only way to reach the property was through text. And some situations require quicker actions.

The space was nice. It was nice to find bottles of water when I arrived.

(Appartement Madame Butterfly) Spacious , Clean, Comfortable. Location (Near subway station San Babila (10 minutes from Linate Airport), Next to big shopping street, 10 minutes walk from Duomo. 5 minutes from small supermarket)

Appartement is on street side which can be noisy until midnight. (Subway, Traffic, and such)

it was so cold inside the apartment. Heating system cannot be controlled by guests so that was a problem we were so cold because of that we cannot enjoy the staying
