Feels like staying at home but then in a great location in Milano

(Appartement Madame Butterfly) Spacious , Clean, Comfortable. Location (Near subway station San Babila (10 minutes from Linate Airport), Next to big shopping street, 10 minutes walk from Duomo. 5 minutes from small supermarket)

Appartement is on street side which can be noisy until midnight. (Subway, Traffic, and such)

Good apartment in the center of the city

Location in the center of the city, not far from the metro, shops, restaurants and Duomo. Big, clean and cozy rooms.

There were 4 of us. Two sleeping places were on the sofa where the folding bed was very inconvenient. The water in the sink in the bathroom didn't flow off properly.

Overall, very pleased, great location for peace with nearby transport and shops around the corner.

The location was very good. Quiet location (apart from the outside bar live band playing loudly - not every night though) The kitchenette with large fridge was very helpful. Walk in closet was spacious and a great addition.

Everything was good. The kitchen was fully equipped. Spotless, soft beds and pillows. The location is great! Pretty close to all the attractions.

1. We didn’t like that the apartment we got was different from the pictures in the listing. It didn’t have the beautiful rooftop windows shown in the photos. 2. There was construction in the building, and our mornings started with pretty annoying noise. But we understand this is not the apartment’s fault.

If the A/C worked it would have been good, but was miserable without it.

It was a great location, apartments were very cute.

We had three units and the A/C didn’t work in the Traviata unit, (apartment with a terrace) therefore it was a miserable experience in that unit with the highs being in the 90s that day… the solution offered was fans and they could do a refund and we could find another place for our family at 10:30 at night…

An excellent choice for a vacation if shopping and sightseeing is your focus.

We stayed in the one bedroom with air conditioning, called Aida. The bed was comfy! The apartment had plenty of room, a little washing machine, a small but serviceable kitchen, air conditioning, windows that open if the weather is nice, multiple controlled access points for safety, and somehow wasn't loud even being in the middle of such a large city. There were plenty of outlets in sensible places (remember your adapter if you're not from EU), a variety of lighting choices, ways to close off parts so the main area climate control was good, and 49 locks for safety (joke, there were 3 deadbolts and the main lock). Good water pressure, quick hot water, shampoo and body wash provided in the shower, reasonable counter space in the bathroom and a cabinet for storage. There's a very small but useable elevator (2 people and one suitcase small) and easy stairs. Overall a very nice place to stay that is within a block of the city Centre where the Duomo and all the shopping is located. Be sure to do the Fast Checkin when you receive the email. If you do ahead of time, you will get your code at precisely checkin time.

There were only two bath towels and two hand towels. A few kitchen towels or some extras in case of a spill would have been appreciated. The shower is very SMALL, as in full adult cannot bend over in the shower and has to be careful turning around. Manageable, just annoying. There is no way to store bags if you arrive early.

I had not good situation , one day they had to visit the apartment for fire extinguisher check while I’m outside and they locked the door by key, when i came back after long day trip with my wife and baby, we couldn’t enter the apartment by the code because it’s locked by key, we had to wait outside for almost 2 hours after alot of calls to Customer service to send someone to open the door. Thanks to Luka from Customer Service Team who take the initiative and came for me as fast as he can

Big apartment. We traveled family of 3 plus baby. Enough space for everyone.

I got the door key at 3:00 pm exactly. Normally every hotel and apartment allows to check in earlier if the room is free. I was willing to pay as I was with baby and elderly mother. Wrote and called the office but they ignored until the check in time. Make charge for early check in not to make tired people stay in the street outside. Light stuck one light. So I turn it off but it doesn’t. So had to turn off light in all apartment not to sleep with light. Can’t reach office other than email or telephone. I am from another country. Calls are super expensive and emails they answer slow. Every other property has WhatsApp

Book this place! It’s great!

We loved this little apartment in Milano Centro. So close to duomo and all the shopping you can handle. Bonuses were the laundry and the security. We felt very safe and the people at the train station who helped us check in were great. I would definitely recommend Italianway. The check in at the train station was very convenient, and they tell you exactly how to get to your place. If you need verification that it’s easy, it is. I would live in this apartment if I moved to milano.

When entered the room I faced with an uncleaned mess. It took me 35 minutes to be able to reach to the customer service of the “hotel” and they told me that cleaning lady was late. I didn’t what to do or leave my luggages. I need to wait for hours for room to be cleaned.

There was no breakfast. Getting the access code to enter the property was challenging, they need to collect the guest tax upfront while we were in the street with limited internet access but they didn't care! We had already paid the fee and signed the contract, however, we were in the street for 3 euro guest tax.

Very small shower, yellowish pillows, no cleaning, tinny size elevator. No proper instruction for internet access. The internet access was too slow and keep disconnecting all the time.
