The payment was a mess - we were asked to pay in cach and we ending up running around between banks to do the cash withdrawl and costing us way more - if a listing is on Booking we suggest payment always must be done as well - this left an unplessant taste for us. we were 18 days in Namibia and this is the first and last time we got this issue. Hope they can resolve this. The light switches in the one upper east bedroom and bathroom did not work - ending up using cell phone at night to see... small things but if attended and fixed and keep maintence up it will just enhance the place. The washing masjine also was not working and the kitchen can do with a good deep clean.
