The property was amazing!!! We would stay here again. The staff were great, really friendly. The hot tub was lovely. Relaxing and great stay. The golf course was great and my 11 year old son loved playing with dad.
Anything that wasn’t right with the property the lovely man on site sorted straight away. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

Good location, chalet very clean and warm (but see below).
Not good instructions re check in - was ok but not told the office shut at 5, which if we'd been held up could have been a disaster. Not made clear that 'Harrington' was the chalet name, and there was no obvious name, so as it was dark and rainy we'd have had no idea which chalet we were in - instructions taped to window not visible unless you knew that was the right one!!
Heating had no time switch just thermostat, which meant despite turning heat down it came on during the night making the bedrooms far too hot.
The jacuzzi pump also came on very early in the morning which ruined our first night's sleep.
Luckily only one person slept in the twin room but she said the other bed was unusable.

The lodge is exceptionally clean and tidy with everything you need in it. We met the owner who was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent hot tub to relax in after our walks.
There was an issue with the boiler on our first night which was dealt with quickly but it is something that was flagged up by other guests in the feedback book. If it for the same issue (which is a simple one to sort out,) then it needs to be done so it is not repeated.
