The property was exactly as shown in the photos, with no surprises upon arrival. All facilities were complete and well-equipped, including sufficient kitchenware such as cups, plates, and bowls. The location was excellent and very convenient, being very close to the village/resort area. For younger guests, it is even possible to walk directly to the village without needing a car, which adds great convenience. Since we were traveling with elderly family members, we still used a car, but overall the accessibility was very good. Overall, the accommodation was comfortable and well maintained, and there were no major issues during the stay.

The underground parking was somewhat difficult to use, with relatively tight parking spaces. It seemed that some guests experienced difficulty when parking, likely due to the limited space per spot. The property only provided three laundry pods. For shorter stays this may be sufficient, but for longer trips such as ours (5–6 days of accumulated clothing), it would be more practical if additional laundry detergent pods or liquid detergent were provided. Additionally, since the property is located in a mountain/resort area, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes during the summer. While this is understandable given the environment, it can still be slightly inconvenient. Overall, these are minor issues, and the stay was still very comfortable.

Je n’avais aucune information quand je suis arrivé pour les codes des portes j’ai appelé au numéro et elle parlait seulement en anglais 🤨 on n’a jamais trouvé la piscine il n’y avait pas d’informations? La télé toute en anglais je pensais être en ontario 😕 le four dans la cuisine était éteint et fonctionnait quand même il a fallu le débrancher on n’avait peur pour le feu 🔥 une chance qu’on n’était en bas et non en haut avec toute ces marches à monter avec nos bagages 😰 nous ne n’y retournerons pas malheureusement 🙃 la terrasse était pas propre du tout .
