Hard seating when not on your bed… hard to relax

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Great location for walking too many shops, pubs & restaurants. Breakfast was really good, lots of choices. Bed was comfy and rooms really quiet.

The ensuite bathroom is odd, glass walls with a surrounding curtain but not black out plus the door to the toilet also opens inwards to become the shower door but water still leaks everywhere.

Modernised hotel, really compact but everything is clean and good working order.

Worst sleeping experience I have had in a hotel in a long time. The king bed was two singles pushed together with NO mattress topper to make the bed ‘feel’ more like a king. No big deal, but still. What was completely unacceptable was a plastic mattress protector sewn to the mattress. This is a reputable hotel chain that expects ALL of its guests to sleep on top of a plastic sheet! Makes for an incredibly hot and sweaty poor night sleep. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL. Refer to photos attached. Parents make kids who wet the bed sleep on plastic sheets. This hotel treats all its guests the same as little kiddies who wet the bed. Crap night sleep = crap next day = waste of time leaving home. Holiday inn Maroochydore = waste of money.
