Superb

Great location, and a very nicely appointed house ... perfect for 6 people ... the property is very private, surrounded by a wall with a locked gate and plenty of space to park 2 cars ... adjacent to the central zone of Kaltern, a 2 minute walk down the hill ... this is a guest house attached to the main house, and the owner Georg is quite amiable and eager to please ... he is also a winemaker and was able to make great recommendations on places to visit ... we would definitely stay there again!

The house is not air conditioned, and it was a quite warm while we there, but with the windows and screens open at night it was OK. The location is a bit noisy, with some construction happening on an adjacent property, and many church bells early in the morning. But these were relatively minor inconveniences on an otherwise awesome place!
