Great security and lovely atmosphere on arrival into the foyer. This is a contemporary build and the property is modern with all necessary amenities. The kitchen is compact but well provisioned for home cooking and we were able to cook most meals at “home” during our 4 week stay. It’s easy to relax in the lounge area and the bed was firm but comfortable. The benefit of two full sets of bed linen and towels was greatly appreciated and there is a very efficient washer/dryer as well as a drying rack. Everything dried quickly in front of the open doors as laundry may not be hung on the balcony. The wardrobe is very accommodating and there are plentiful coat hangers which was appreciated as not always the case. Air conditioning is very efficient.

The location is excellent, bars opposite as is a very good supermarket. The beach is two blocks and a two minute walk - however the close proximity to such great facilities needs to be offset by the noise of the bars and the recycling bins which are directly in front of the apartment block and service not only all the adjacent properties but also all the bars! Yes you can get by but definitely invest in ear plugs. The bathroom is not tiled and the “painted” finish takes some getting used to and doesn’t dry out very quickly.

Fantastic clean, modern accommodation in the centre of the city. Communication with owner was excellent. I specifically booked this as it was literally around the corner from where I was hiring a motorcycle (Canary Ride) in order to tour the island. It was perfect for this. Plenty of storage options, clean and modern bathroom, excellent shower. Very handy washer/dryer if required. A relatively complicated Oven/Microwave combi, but after studying the instruction manual I worked it out. Very close to a small but very well stocked supermarket. Close to fantastic Tapas Bars and Cafes.

Parking is limited, but that is to be expected in the city. There is a privately operated multi story car park to the rear of the property, it is a little small and not particularly cheap, but it served its function. Being in a central position it is surrounded by bars, and can get a little loud in the late evenings. The balcony also overlooks a recycling area, which is emptied regularly, which again can cause some noise, but that's city living I guess. Not a problem for me, but something for others to consider.
