Very bad comunication from the company.
The appartment was nice, the location also, but the comunication with the company was awfull. Never encountered anything like that.
Every one who wants to stay here, check first with the company about the parking. I came here for vacation with my family, not to solve half of my stay such a obviouse thing as parking...
If the attitude about the parking was different I would give 8-9 stars. But the lack of interest was horrible. Had to solve the parking my self.
We arrived between 6-7 pm, It took me some time to get inside, but that is a matter of possible language barrier, mine and the Sun&Snow company.
There was no info. about the parking in the appartment, in the companies app(Appartment manager), there was written "No parking available", but on Booking, they advertised parking for 20 PLN a day. On our arrival I asked question through Booking, where to park my car. For almost 24 hours there was no reply.
Luckily I was able to get in to the garage, so I had solved the parking for the 1st day.
2nd day I have contacted the company via Whatsapp and I have received information in PL, that there is no parking for this unit and that I need to contact the hotel opposite to the building. In the hotel no one knew about any agreement between the Sun&Snow and their Hotel. Because I was not a guest of the hotel, I was offered hourly fee 5 PLN. That is 120 PLN a day and not 20PLN as written on Booking. After comunication with the hotel manager I was able to agree with them on 40 PLN a day, same as a hotel guest.
Through the booking the Sun&Snow company replied me, that info about parking is written in "appartment mng" as I mentioned before, there was written no parking available. There was more effords co comunicate with the company about the parking, but they didnt reply.
Next thing was that I was charged more then the price on Booking. I have send request to explain this and again no reply form the company.
Further more I was charged twice for the city fee. On Booking was mentioned the fee is in the price, but I was requested to pay once more in the appartment mng.
The fridge did not work properly, although I have tried to contact the company via the Booking, they have redirected me to their office, to be honnest I have not tried that, I called them once and they didnt speak english so I just put my food outside as it was winter.
Dirty toilet and towel is only small cherry on top.

Definitely will never be back.
Long way to main office to pick and collect the keys. You have to drop the keys at 10 AM, that means you need to leave the room 30 min earlier. No code in room for Wi-Fi, no codes given for gym. Apartment not very clean, bed linen with hair, dishes dirty and bonus two rotten bananas in the kitchen cupboard. For that money you at list expecting few tea and coffee bags in room.

Leider enttäuscht worden
Matratze zu weich und abgenutzt. Sehr laute Geräusche in den Wänden oder Decken von oben. Die Klima oder Lüftungsschächte voller Dreck und Staub. Bettwäsche Teilweise mit Löchern. Es wurde deutlich höherer Betrag abgebucht ,als bei Booking angegeben. Müllstelle total überfüllt und Tage lang nicht abgeholt, daher hat es am Eingang gestunken
Dusche nicht komplett verbaut, daher Bad immer unter Wasser.

Wir waren leider enttäuscht
-schöne Einrichtung und Terasse
-gute Lage in der Nähe des Meeres
-Smart TV mit Netflix und Co.
-schöne Dusche
-die Wohnung war nicht richtig sauber (dreckiger Kühlschrank, Krümel auf Esstisch, dreckiges Geschirr)
-wenig Ausstattung (man sollte sich alles mitbringen, es gab kein Geschirrtuch o.ä.)
-Das Bett knarrt sehr und hängt an den Seiten herunter

Gute FeWo aber furchtbarer Service
Moderne Einrichtung, der Strand war fußläufig schnell erreichbar
Der Kontakt zum Vermietungsbüro gestaltete sich schwierig. So kann man ab 16 Uhr anreisen (muss den Schlüssel aber aus einem anderen Ortsteil abholen) und ab 17 Uhr war das Büro auch wieder geschlossen und somit nicht erreichbar.
Somit konnte zb. Probleme mit dem WiFi Zugang erst am folgenden Tag besprochen werden.
Vorab verlangte man von uns über einen Check in Link die Zahlung einer Kurtaxe, Kurkarten oder ähnliches haben wir nie erhalten.
Was uns besonders aufstößt: vorab sollten wir über den hauseigenen Check in Link auch eine Schadens Kaution in Höhe von ca. 65€ zahlen. Gesagt getan, wir sahen das Geld nie wieder.
Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir die Antwort das man sich sofort darum bemüht aber nichts passierte. Auch ein Support durch booking half nicht weiter da immer nur davon gesprochen wurde das diese Summe auf der Kreditkarte geblockt wird und nurum Ernstfall verbucht werden muss.
Direkt nachweisen kann man das im Nachgang nicht mehr, da der Zugang zum Check in Link natürlich nicht mehr nutzbar ist.
Unser Fazit: in Polen bereisen wir wenn dann nur noch Hotels und keine Apartments mehr.
Zu empfehlen ist diese Einrichtung definitiv nicht, ganz im Gegenteil wir raten strikt davon ab.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Sehr saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Betten waren super bequem. Das Bad war sehr schick und die Waschmaschine war total Klasse. Der Balkon super groß und schick.
In der Küche hätten uns Kleinigkeiten geholfen. Zum Beispiel hab es kein Geschirr Handtuch und nur 2 Spülmaschine Tabs für eine Woche. Bei 4 Personen und Geschirr ausgelegt nur für 4 Personen, fanden wir ein bisschen wenig. Weil man die Spülmaschine so öfters, als 2x anmachen musste.
Toll wäre, wenn man oben im Schlafbereich das Fenster abdunkeln könnte. Gerade mit Kindern ist es besser, das ging in unserm Fall leider nicht.

Bardzo udany pobyt, pełen plażowania, spacerów i pięknych zachodów słońca
Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko plaży. Apartament bardzo czysty, dodatkowy atut to dostępność siłowni i parkingu na miejscu. Super przestronny taras z wygodnymi meblami i wyjściem na niego z dwóch pokoi. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, choć worki na śmieci trzeba mieć własne. Na miejscu dostępny parawan, namiot plażowy, koc. Ogólnie bardzo polecamy :)
Na wyposażeniu ani jednej rolki papieru toaletowego, nie oczekiwaliśmy zabezpieczenia na cały wyjazd ale pierwszy raz nie było ani jednej :) ( a już trochę jeździmy nad morze). Okna apartamentu wychodziły na stronę południowo zachodnią a w apartamencie nie ma klimatyzacji, my akurat nie trafiliśmy na upały ale i tak na poł dnia zasłanialiśmy zasłony i wtedy było ok. Przypuszczam, że przy wyższych temperaturach mogłoby być znacznie gorzej.
Całościowo jednak na duży plus! :)

Piękny apartament, z bardzo dobrym wyposażeniem., było wszystko co potrzeba: żelazko, deska do prasowania, pralka 😍 suszarka suszka, odkurzacz, parawan itp. Lokalizacja na plus, blisko do morza i tak naprawdę wszędzie 😅, a i parking w budynku więc jest super. Polecam serdecznie!
Niekiedy był problem z otwarciem wejściowych drzwi, prawdę mówiąc otwierały się po wpisaniu kodu, więc do końca nie wiem czy to moja wina czy nie. Jedynie co mnie zraziło to mała ilość papieru toaletowego i pająk, który chodził po ścianie 😶 tak na dzień dobry nas przywitał 😅

Apartament nie gotowy na czas
Miejscowość. Wyposażenie apartamentu zgodne z opisem. Winda
Pierwszy raz spotkałem się z sytuacją że apartament na godzinę zameldowania nie jest gotowy ( wysprzątany po poprzednich gościach). Więc do apartamentu wprowadziliśmy się 3 godziny później ( byliśmy z rocznym dzieckiem). Natomiast w dniu wymeldowania Pani sprzątająca pukała do drzwi już 1 godzinę szybciej. Prawie wszystkie naczynia w szafkach były brudne. Taras duży ale niestety ciemny ( brak słońca). Nigdy już nie skorzystam z tej oferty.

Mało zadbane pod kątem czystości - spleśniały ekspres :( dwa worki na śmieci na 5 dni rezerwacji i dwie kapsułki do zmywarki na 4 osoby to tak trochę ubogo ..

Calkiem do rze wyposazony aneks kuchenny. Wystarczająco miejsca dla rodziny z dzieckiem. Bliska odległość do zejścia do morza .

Pobyt nie udany. Miejscowość nie atrakcyjna, szczególnie przed szczytem sezonu.
Obiekt w miarę nowy, ale sądząc po zapachu w łazience rzadko odwiedzany.
W pokoju nie było możliwe korzystanie z internetu. SUN&SNOW zalecał kilkukrotnie poszukiwanie routera w celu jego resetu, jednakże nie udało się go zlokalizować. Dużo do życzenia pozostawiało przygotowanie lokalu na przyjęcie gości co dokumentują zdjęcia z tarasu załączone do materiału. Woda w umywalce łazienkowej wymagała odkręcenia w szafce pod umywalką. Dlaczego? Obciążenie mojego rachunku za pobyt jest wyższe o 105PLN w odniesieniu do Państwa oferty. Dodatkowo pobrana została kaucja w wysokości 300 PLN, która nie została do dzisiaj zwrócona. Najlepszy apartament w Polsce w jakim byliśmy. Nowoczesny, super design, świeży, czysty, zadbany, jasny, jak nie było pogody to z przyjemnością się w nim spędzało czas. W rzeczywistości jeszcze ładniejszy niż na zdjęciach. Mieszkanie super wyposażone, do dyspozycji między innymi parawan i świetny namiot plażowy. Zestaw z herbata, cukier który mnie uratował, kostki do zmywarki, płyn do naczyń, fajna mała pralka, wygodne spanie i fajne poduszki itd oraz super odkurzacz. Niczego nie brakowało. Do morza się idzie szybko i wygodnie, faktycznie te 350 m. Jak przyjechaliśmy to trzeba było pójść do mieszkania i wziąć pilota do garażu i my mieliśmy miejsce w garażu podziemnym - miejsca numerowane.

Apartament blisko morza, czyściutki i wygodny. Cały obiekt nowy i zadbany. Dodatkowym plusem mozliwość skorzystania z basenu w hotelu obok(dodatkowo płatne) lub wypicie kawy na dachu hotelu z widokiem na morze. Kontakt z biurem obsługi bardzo dobry. Wszystko profesjonalnie.
Mały minus za brak filtrów do kawy - niestety nie udało nam się ich nigdzie zdobyć w okolicznych sklepach.

4. Wentylacja w łazience nie działała.
