It wasn’t a penthouse as stated It wasn’t clean as stated First toilet leaking Hole in the wall Kitchen tap spraying water everywhere No fresh towels Only 1 swipe/key for 2 families Photos taken are old of the apartment this is false advertising it doesn’t look like that Not near JBR, near means 5 mins not 25 It needs a full renovation, little embarrassing having this on the market and calling it a penthouse

The bathrooms were mouldy and outdated The kitchen also didn’t have very many utensils/ daily items to be able to cook with The biggest annoyance however was that the pool was under maintenance and had been for two months prior to our arrival, so we were unable to use it. We were not informed of this and so it was only upon arrival realised we couldn’t use the pool! A huge disappointment as in the heat, the pool was something we wanted to use daily! Our point of contact for the apartment did nothing to assist us with this, even after multiple messages to them. They said they will speak to their manager but still no reimbursement for this. This was a massive cost we could have done without, as we then had to pay daily for 6 of us to enter other pools to use for the week! Had we been informed of this, we would have chosen a different location which included a pool

The view was magnificent. The host was very helpful and welcoming. Located in the best part of marina and very close to the metro and tram. There is no entrance to the public beach in a walking distance, but you can reach JBR by tram. Very nice grocery store and restaurant in the same building.

The rooms are beatiful and look recently renovated, but the kitchen and bathrooms are in a worse shape. There was mould on the ceiling and in the showers. We did not receive the magnetic card needed to use the elevator or pool. Apparently the previous guest did not return it. We had to ask the receptionist to use his card every time we wanted to use the elevator or enter the pool.

The view was amazing from the 46th floor , overlooking the Yachts in the Marina definitely gave us a feel of Dubai. Overall a very clean apartment, loved every moment.

Het appartement heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Waterdruk was laag. Koopplaat en prullenbak stuk en verouderd. Geen batterijen in de afstandsbediening van de tv. Het zou ook helpen om duidelijke instructies te krijgen over het ontvangen van de sleutel en liftpas, gebruik van de gym.

Przepiękny widok i lokalizacja. Sklep w tym samym budynku. Poza tym 50 metrów dalej cały pasaż handlowy. Do metra 10 minut. Pokoje duże i przestronne. Bardzo miła obsługa w hotelu . Wynajęliśmy auto i mieszkanie ma jedno miejsce parkingowe z czego byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni

Basen był akurat w remoncie. Trochę szkoda że nie poinformowano nas o tym
