The location and the surface of the pool
The house was definitely not as expected and there was no support given to have a refund from our stay, although we contacted booking and Juliana from the first days. Photos are not showing any longer the current state. Below our issues: Pool is at distance, which you cannot see from the pictures • Exposed and unsecured electrical wiring in multiple locations Internet was not working properly Mold on the ceiling Inside leakage when raining Ceiling parts falling when walking above Holes covered superficially on the terrace • Loose and broken tiles on the stairs and around the pool area • No fencing or protective barriers near steep drops and elevated terraces • Severe mosquito infestation and no nets Very bad smell and difficulty to properly ventilate the house

Die Lage ist gut und die Aussicht war schön.
Die Ausstattung und der Gesamtzustand der Unterkunft entspricht nicht annähernd einem Standard. Die Betten für die 11 und 12 Person waren duchgelegen und standen am Gang. Die Badezimmer, waren entweder die Duschwand kaputt oder hatten gleich gar keine Duschwanne sondern nur einen Duschvorhang von der Decke , sodass das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser stand & die Rutschgefahr sehr hoch war. ( nach dem Duschen musste jedesmal das gesamte Badezimmer aufgewischt werden) Badezimmer Nr. 3 hat nur eine Badewanne ohne Vorhang & auch hier stand das Badezimmer unter Wasser nach dem Duschen. Die Steckdosen im gesamten Haus funktionierten kaum, hatten großteils keine Erdung & bei Verwendung wurden die Ladegeräte gefährlich heiß. Der Gasherd ist teilweise defekt und dadurch auch entsprechend gefährlich. Die Kühlschranktüren musste man zum Schließen gut 1cm anheben um sicher zugehen dass diese geschlossen bleibt. Die Sessel in Küche ist teilweise gebrochen, defekt und nicht verwendbar. Die Fenster haben keine Fliegengitter, trotz massiver Stechmücken und Ameisenbefall. Der Verandaboden beim Pool ist ohne Schuhe nicht zu betreten, da dieser so defekt und durchgebrochen war, dass ohne Schuhe definitiv Verletzubgsgefahr bestand. Verrostete Laternen beim Pool sowie verschmutze Auflagen am Pool und zerrissene Poolfolie waren noch die Draufgabe.
