The super friendly very helpful reception, two females and one male. Couldn’t help us enough. Location was perfect, close to Main Street, restaurant and bars and most importantly the beach. 🏖️

The absence of a cleaner. I had to find her on the fourth day to ask for clean towels and toilet paper which we had run out of. She did not service our room in five days.

Modest, clean air-conditioned rooms located close to the main strip but far enough that it was quiet in the room. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast offered good selection of sweet and savoury choices, coffee was made fresh upon request. The room was not very big but the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. We had a little balcony that looked onto the (small) street and it was still rather quiet in the room with doors closed. A small elevator is available otherwise the staircase is what we used mostly. We were there just two nights and saw a few staff members and all were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend as a 'pied-à-terre' in Rimini.

No early check-in when we requested it; however there was a bag drop off which is in a little nook next to the reception desk. No issues when we picked them up upon our return from lunch. We used taxis to get around and it's not super quick (surprisingly). We booked an early morning taxi for our departure (upon our arrival!) and was happy to do that because it was confirmed and the taxi arrived on time. I wouldn't leave it to last minute if you are using taxis for transfers. We were there just two nights and saw a few staff members and all were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The room was very very simple and even that there was no air conditioning wasnt bothering me, however it was not clean, bathroom was stomped with footsteps from the shoes previously, dirt and dust everywhere, and the shower almost did not work. Not a pleasant stay in general.
