Thalassa Apartment Ierapetra

This property is a great find. Emmanouella met us at the door upon arrival with the keys to the apartment, a plate of freshly-made banana chocolate cake, and a bottle of raki from her father's village. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and directly across from the sea. A 30 minute walk into town takes you to a row of tavernas and restaurants, or, if you prefer, you can eat at the very good Klieo taverna across the street. My group very much enjoyed their stay.

The apartment is spacious and with a good level of furniture and utensils to allow for a comfortable stay. Located just outside Ierapetra allows for a quiet stay but being quite close by car to all the services of the town. The host Emmanouella, who lives in the same building, is friendly and full of enthusiasm. She welcomed us brilliantly and she went above and beyond to help us entertain our 22 month old son. Perfect stay for a family!

We had a great stay at Thalassa Apartments! From the moment we arrived, our hostess Emmanouela made us feel completely at home. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The property itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with little touches that made our stay extra special (the fresh fruit and Raki were delicious!!). The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. Emmanouela was always available for recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. She gave us great tips on local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly felt cared for and appreciated every detail. This was more than just a place to stay—it was an experience. We left feeling refreshed and grateful, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming home away from home!

Fantastisch verblijf! Het appartement was heel mooi, ruim en stijlvol ingericht. De ligging was ideaal — recht tegenover het strand en de zee, waardoor we echt konden genieten van de omgeving. Onze gastvrouw Emmanouella was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze zorgde voor allerlei kleine attenties die ons verblijf extra bijzonder maakten, zoals een heerlijk dessert en persoonlijke aanbevelingen voor restaurants en stranden. Een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar comfort, gastvrijheid en een top locatie!
