La ubicación, las comodidades del departamento, el fácil acceso al mismo asi como la posibilidad de recorrer Roma caminando o por metro. Todos los ambientes con aire acondicionado
Solamente la ducha del departamento. No tenía ducha incorporada al techo sino que es manual. Pero es una crítica constructiva para llegar al 10 como puntaje

Location: Excellent position—super close to Termini and the metro station, making travel around Rome very easy. Space & Comfort: Spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Felt very safe and wonderfully quiet. Accessibility: Having an elevator was a life-saver for handling our luggage! Would happily recommend for families or larger travel groups!
The mattresses are on the firmer side. Also, for a party of 5, having a few extra pillows available beyond the ones in the closet would make for an even more comfortable stay.

Great old apartment with high ceilings. It is in a nice location.
Bathroom needs major plumbing work done as a toilet doesn’t flush properly and sink has drainage issues as well.

Large bedrooms, cleanliness, quietness (despite being on a busy street and in a busy building), lovely courtyard, good value for money, close to train station (which we used a lot).
Small bathroom -- though typical of a lot of places in Italy, and we are tall people. Kitchen a bit smaller than expected, but quite serviceable.
