L’emplacement est idéal ! À deux pas de la plage ISPE, 5 min de Maguide et 15min de Biscarosse bourg. L’hôte est très aimable et a l’air tout à fait disponible au besoin.

La maison mérite un sacré rafraîchissement. Hormis la cuisine qui semble neuve, le salon est vétuste, les canapés sont fait de briques et de brocs et pas confortables. Les lits sont vieux, l’isolation inexistante et les fenêtres ainsi que les volets doivent être rénovés.
