Studio Apartment at UNESCO Heritage Site

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Highly Recommended!** I have been visiting Nepal almost every year and have stayed at many hotels and resorts in Kathmandu. This studio apartment is truly one of the best places we have stayed. My wife, **Sujata **, especially loved the cleanliness and facilities, including the kitchen, washing machine, and dishes. We felt more like we were **at home rather than staying in a hotel**. Special thanks to **Mr. Sudarshan Joshi Jee** for being so friendly, helpful, and responsive. The central location, comfort, and reasonable price make this a perfect choice for travelers and families. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return—our next stay will be around Approx 15 days! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Honestly, we had no complaints. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The location is amazing, place was very clean and had great facilities. The host was excellent, anything you needed was a very quick response. Felt very much at home. Whenever I am in Katmandu this is where I will stay! Extra bonus for having the washing machine upstairs!

Sudarshan was extremely understanding and accommodating (my flight had been delayed and I didn’t arrive until 11pm). He was helpful and kind. It was a lovely cosy space to stay in which was in a great location. I appreciated how clean it was too! I would stay again, my two night stay turned into four nights.

The street outside can be a little noisy (it’s a busy spot), but I packed earplugs so it wasn’t an issue.

Everything. The room was spotless, clean, and very homey. The location is perfect if you're into the hustling bustling of Kathmandu, right next to Durbar Square and only 15 minutes walk to Thamel! The hosts even helped us to obtain the proper permits for Durbar Square. Right across the property is a momo and chai establishment for a quick bite. Everything was perfect.
