Pleasant, with some points to consider
It is in a great location and the house is very nice, decorated with taste and with a great garden. Also very clean and perfect to have short walks or spend time outside. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
There is inconsistency in the room description and the price tag: the rooms have no private toilet and you need to go downstairs. In addition, the toilet is shared with the second guests room, plus the owner who lives in the same house, this is with another 4-5 people. I could not take a shower, as both times I tried, this was busy. When the price tag is at 110E, one does not expect to share his/her bathroom with others (or at least it should be clear in the description). Check-in time is very late, 18:00, so at the end you stay half day. Noise and corridor's lighting can be bothersome. In general this would be a great staying if someone could rent the whole villa, but the rooms separately seem a bit problematic without private bathroom and privacy in general.
