There were no parking spots in the direct area, resp. it was not clear if we are allowed to park on one of the four spots next to the house (I asked in the chat and the answer, probably chat gpt, was not clear either ) it would be good to have one parking spot to load and unload it to be able to specifically book them. The oven was very high up, not reachable for persons smaller than 1,70 m (except with a chair)

The pillows, they were not large enough, they were soft but when you sleep on them they become too flat. And I prefer to have several pillows per person not just one

Key complaints were: Accommodation differed from the Booking.com photographs. The suite was essentially one room divided by a half-wall, and the double bed was cramped into an alcove without bedside cabinets. Wi-Fi was unavailable for the entire stay, forcing the guests to use costly mobile data. A window could not be opened during very hot weather, despite being reported to Limehome. Repeated access failures occurred because the electronic door codes stopped working. Multiple expensive international calls, replacement codes and eventually a technician were required before access was restored. Maintenance and cleanliness problems included dirty windows, too few coat hangers and toilet rolls, a persistent sewage smell from the shower drain, and a bathroom light hanging from its wiring, described as potentially dangerous. The guests were particularly frustrated by remote management, language difficulties and the lack of effective local support when problems arose. After submitting a detailed complaint through Booking.com, Limehome rejected the claim, leaving the guests feeling that the company had provided poor customer care despite the €810 cost. Overall: The review portrays the stay as a combination of misleading accommodation expectations, prolonged technical failures, inadequate maintenance, safety concerns and poor customer service, with none of the major issues satisfactorily resolved during the stay. They are happy to take your money but do not provide the level of customer care for which you are paying handsomely.
