Fabulous holiday in a spotless hotel.

Reception lady was friendly knowledgeable and eager to help with any queries. All staff were friendly, helpful and extremely hard working. Hotel was quite close to the centre but in a more peaceful location. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb!

Nothing! If we’re being picky: The balcony could have been bigger if the air con unit was on the wall. More shelves and hooks in the bathroom would have been nice.

Overall quite nice

The location was good, the breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of variety, the pool area is quite nice too

The rooms weren’t very soundproof we could hear the child next door crying throughout the night

New and modern hotel with decent location.

The location is in a quiet area but close enough to everything - restaurants, beaches, bars, shops, etc. They have an underground parking garage, and it's also possible to park outside in front of the hotel. It's a new hotel and is very beautiful and modern. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. They also have an outdoor pool, although it doesn't have any view.

The hotel staircase is open, which means that everything that was heard on the ground floor could be heard in our room on the second floor next to the staircase. We also had bad luck with noisy neighbors, which lasted until 1-2 in the morning. It seems that the soundproofing of the rooms is quite poor, as everything could be heard from all sides. This is now the second hotel we've encountered that had a rather small breakfast selection, which didn't bother us as much as the fact that they maintained the food's warmth very poorly, meaning you got lukewarm or cold eggs, sausages, etc.

Clean comfortable & modern. Polite & helpful staff. Nice pool & excellent breakfast. Well located, a short walk from the beach.

Noise from the beach front bars & club still managed to reached hotel, although it wasn’t excessive & seemed to finish around midnight, but presumably this would continue long into the night in the summer. it would have been nice to have had coffee making facilities in the room. we also had no hot water in the mornings.

Loved our week at The Admiro

Hotel was immaculate, staff were friendly and helpful, location fab for us. Would definately recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Shower kept flooding and balcony little small. Would struggle to fit 3 people on there with the air conditioning unit there and also the safe needs to be secured.

The hotel was perfect, the food was amazing, a lot of chooses and very fresh. The hotel was not far from the beach and easy to walk. The staff helps you when you need something, they so kind. it's feeling like home. I recommended the hotel to everyone. Falemenderit shum. Until next time😁

Awesome stay at a family run, luxury & modern hotel in the best location

My first time in Ksamil I chose to stay here these past few days. The hotel is exceptionally modern, with marble, metal and glass finishes. Beds were soft and sheets were Ritz quality. The beauty though it’s from its owners. They work and manage the site everyday and are there for your every need, from where to eat to where to drink and towels and blankets in between. You are also a 2 minute walk from the best side of the the beach !! Don’t hesitate to stay

Superb

The hotel appeared to be brand new and as such it was spotless. The location was great - short walk to the beaches and local amenities and was very easy to find. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially when we had a problem with our bathroom which was fixed in a timely manner. Breakfast was good and a nice surprise as we didn't know it was included.

I liked that it was new and neat. They had a really nice cot for my baby and that was sweet.

The location wasn't great. The security was zero you could literally walk into the car park and take the lift to a room you want to attack. Also didn't like that check out time was so early.

Very clean! Friendly staff. The hotel is only in it's second season so it looks modern and fresh. Pool area is decent, but gets very hot. Recommend the beaches beteween Puerto Rico and Last bay as they are less crowded then the other beaches . The breakfast was good.

New Hotel (2nd season), therefore very clean, nice beds, AC is working properly, pool is nice and clean. To highlight is the very nice young lady at the reception (and bar) with good English and who is helpful in every situation and also has good recommendations if you ask! We really appreciated that hospitality! Also the area of the hotel is (very) quiet compared to the party mile a bit further away - we were really glad about that! When we asked for a Taxi to Saranda to our ferry, we were offered a drive by an employee of the hotel for a fair price - which was nice! We will stay there again if we come back to Ksamil!

Breakfast is standard but ok. You may wanna think of including a proper coffee (e.g. Americano) in the breakfast selection rather than charging for those ;)

It certainly deserves the money you paid

The staff was really friendly and the room was cleaned everyday. Every two days the towels were changed. The hotel is really close to the bars and restaurants. Thank you, we really enjoyed. Appreciated.

The hotel is brand new and very clean! Has a modern design and it feels very welcoming. The rooms have a balcony and good daylight. The breakfast by the pool in the morning is also a nice start for the day!

Room service could respect "do not disturb" a bit more. Ksamil is still a one big construction site, so the area around the hotel was not perfect.

The best experience - 10/10

This was the best experience! The hotel is so clean, the location is perfect and the staff go above and beyond for you and make you feel like family. The pool is a great facility and an alternative to the beautiful beach which is less than a 5 minute walk away as well as many restaurants and supermarkets. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be visiting again!
