Sajeev is the kind of host who genuinely makes a trip memorable, going out of his way to make sure every guest feels taken care of and comfortable. His warmth and attentiveness set this stay apart from anything else in Varkala. The property itself is perfectly located right next to the Odiyama Beach cliff and Mantara Temple at an excellent location.

it is a pretty place, viewing the pretty odayan beach. the stay was very comfortable. absolutely loved it.

Sajeev (the owner) was very friendly and welcoming, ready to provide any information. A good beach was just 7 min walk.

Very outdated rooms and dirty common places. Yes, you get what you pay for, but I think for this price you can find slightly cleaner and less tired rooms in a more central location. You also have to ask for any type of service, from restocking toilet paper to changing towels and bedsheets: don't expect them to be proactive and treat you as a normal hotel does but rather think of a family b&b or airbnb type of service. The breakfast was very basic, which was ok though for 2/3 of our group (we treated it as a bonus and an experience of having simple Indian meal).
