Very comfortable and strong air conditioning cooled me down and was very relaxing

Its was clean and fully equipped. Plus I had a problem with the receit and they went out of their way to help me which I appreciated lot.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very spacious, modern, and offered all the amenities required for a seamless visit. The central location is unbeatable, providing excellent access to the heart of the city. A special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely friendly and attentive to all our requests. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean.

We arrived at the apartment 15 minutes before the time we had registered as arrival time. The code was not activated. We called the help center - twice - and we still had to wait in front of the building, with the temperature being around 38 degrees, for them to fix this. Near the arrival time, we were able to enter. Next day, one of us goes out and, upon returning, same story: the entrance code had been deactivated. Would it be terrible if the code had been activated one or half an hour before our arrival? It is not always possible to predict the exact time of arrival. Also, it would be nice if they had left one or two toilet paper rolls instead of a half one.
