The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. they were always happy to answer our questions or help us with any requests we had. The property had a beautiful garden with a tranquil atmosphere to it.
Our room didn't have any windows which made the room smell unpleasantly during our stay. The room was stuffy and did not smell fresh. We couldn't leave the door open as there were mosquitoes.

The place is well located in Tay Ninh city but still very quiet. The owner and the staff are all very helpful. The room is spacious and clean.
The familial room has no window.
The bed can be too firm for some people.
