Palamoutaki Villa

The villa is very comfortable! You can tell the owners really care about your experience and every detail is well thought through. There is a shaded outdoors space at every time of the day because terraces run all the way around the villa. Some with a lovely view! The pool is large enough to swim a couple strokes rather than just plunging. The beds are very comfortable and the air-conditioned the quietest I ever had. We had full privacy but the owners were on hand supporting with every element, like arranging an airport transfer, pointing us to where we could hire bikes. They also made sure we had basic provisions like water and fruit when we arrived. The villa is super close to a lovely little town uphill, to beaches downhill and to Rhodes town. It seems to be good value compared to other properties around too! I highly recommend staying there.

There can be some traffic on the road next to the villa at certain times of day. But that did not interfere with us enjoying the villa and the beautifully designed garden at all. The little bit of traffic really fades into the background because you are surrounded by beautiful landscape and nature.

The frontyard was very spacious and cozy. The kitchen and living room were also very spacious. Overall the whole villa was clean.

We couldn’t lock the front door when we went outside because we didn’t get a key that unlocks it. And also the backyard of the villa was used by the owners who lived below us during our stay, so we didn’t get to use the backyard or sideyards.

Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter (sprechen sehr gut Deutsch). Sehr schöner Pool, sehr schöne Außenanlage mit Grill. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle notwendigen Utensilien in der Küche vorhanden. Bequeme Betten. Mückengitter an Balkontüren und Badezimmerfenstern vorhanden. Klimaanlagen funktionieren optimal. Supermärkte (u.a. Lidl) wenige Minuten entfernt. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut (allerdings schon Verkehr auf der Straße vor dem Haus).

Palamoutaki Villa is beautiful, the garden and pool area are stunning!! We were a family of five adults, the space and facilities were perfect for us all. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the beautiful village of Koskinou, with its excellent taverns, and in the opposite direction the beach with various bars and restaurants. Rhodes town was a short drive away, hiring a car was a good idea as we were able to explore the island at our own pace. Eleni and Michael were fantastic hosts, making us feel so welcome and were on hand if needed. There was a welcome pack waiting for us including fruit, wine, pasta and much more, taking the pressure off shopping on the first day. We all said we’d love to visit again.
