Ce que nous avons aimé est surtout l'emplacement, près de la mer, de la vieille citadelle et à l'extrémité de la Spianada qui nous reliait au poumon de verdure de Corfou, sans subir la foule des touristes. Il s'agit aussi d'une maison qui a du charme, même si l'appartement est en rez-de-chaussée. Celui-ci est équipé de tous les éléments nécessaires à une cuisine, d'un chauffe-eau, du WIFI et de l'air conditionné.
Ce qui pourrait être changé, c'est la barre d'accroche de la penderie qui tombe parfois sous le poids des habits; de même le pied du réfrigérateur pourrait être revissé. Plus généralement le dallage en brique, qui semble vieux, rugueux et parfois taché ou sali, gagnerait à être restauré. Le sol de marbre de la salle de bains pourrait aussi être repoli de manière unifiée: certaines dalles sont collantes, d'autres sont glissantes.
