Location and the size of the house

The trash under the deck, the yard was not taken care of and the shed was falling a part

Nice Location ! everything is close by it. and specially by the RIVER so beautiful sound of running water all the time. I will definitely recommend to stay. clean rooms.

The proximity to Dollywood as well as restaurants was superb.

The house had not been cleaned prior to arrival. The floors were as dirty as walking around barefoot outside. The stove top had grease and food debris caked on its surfaces. There was urine on the floor around the toilet by the living room and hair on the walls and floor of the showers. The sheets appeared to be clean on all three beds but the comforters were stained and had bleach spots on them. The vinyl couch and chairs were in bad shape and left several flakes on us every time we sat on them. The toaster oven was broken and unusable. One of the bedroom door knobs was not secure and would come off anytime anyone tried to close the door from the hallway. The curtain rods were very cheap and therefore mostly all bent, making it tough to fully close the blinds for privacy. The area had several very seedy individuals wandering the streets and one night I think one of them were photographing my daughter outside. There was police caution tape connected to the Magnolia tree in the front yard, which also didn’t add to any sense of safety and security.
