The experience starts with checkin at the front desk. Unfortunately my checkin experience was not good. There were also

The convenience: it was located directly in Baiersbronn which made commuting to other towns very easy. It was clean and my room had a small balcony which I enjoyed.

At check-in I was ignored for about 5 minutes while the person at the front desk was n the phone. I did not even receive a nod of acknowledgment, letting me know that I was seen and would be helped with the check-in procedure as soon as possible. When I was finally being checked in, I was informed that the reservation was made for two people, and that a change could not been made to adjust the price for a single traveler as the reservation was made over booking.com instead of directly with the hotel. Later I called to see if I could borrow the hotels iron, I was told that unfortunately I could not as there was only the large professional steam iron which would not be loaned. Instead I could turn over my clothes to the hotel for a professional ironing service. The whirlpool at the hotel would have incurred another separate cost for a coin for the whirlpool €3 itself as well as the cost for a bathrobe €6 (there was no bathrobe in the hotel room, nor slippers). When I went up to enjoy the whirlpool it turned out that both individual use whirlpools, each the size of a bathtub were out of service. I would like to mention that there were also very friendly and helpful people at the front desk and adjoining restaurant! They were ready with a smiles and solutions! I also liked my small balcony, as although facing the one of the main roads through town there was such little traffic that I was enjoying sitting out there in the mornings with a cup of tea or coffee. There was an electric hot water kettle in the room with free coffee and tea options.

Tres grande chambre, parking privé gratuit. Espace bien au top. Petit déjeuner sympa et restaurant sur place.

Pas ultra moderne. La piscine était trop froide pour moi. Il faut un véhicule pour s’y rendre mais proche de tout et facile d’accès pour aller marcher dans la forêt noire

Nagyon szép hotel, kellemes környezet, finom ételek. Mindenkinek ajánlom.

A Hotel Rose-ban töltött néhány napunk igazán kellemes élmény volt. A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló, minden könnyen megközelíthető, mégis nyugodt környezet várja az embert. A szobánkat naponta takarították, minden ragyogóan tiszta volt, ami nagyban hozzájárult a gondtalan pihenéshez. Külön öröm volt számomra, hogy egy tradicionális német hotel hangulatát élvezhettem, amely a mai napig megőrizte eredeti báját és szépségét. A legnagyobb élményt azonban a személyzet jelentette. Dóri és Nándi végig rendkívül kedvesek voltak, figyelmesen segítettek mindenben. Hálás köszönet nekik a gondoskodásért és a szívélyes fogadtatásért! Mindenkinek szeretettel ajánlom a Hotel Rose-t – biztos vagyok benne, hogy más is ugyanilyen szép emlékekkel tér majd haza.

Sehr lecker war dass man frisches Rührei in verschiedenen Variationen bestellen konnte. Ansonsten sehr viel Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend.

Leider war die eine Kommode sehr verschmutzt auf der Oberfläche und wir hatten kein Gratis Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Vier schöne, abwechslungsreiche Tage: z. B. Besuch der Landesgartenschau.

Frühstück: Frisch zubereitete Rühreier, z.B. mit Champignons, waren hervorragend. Auch unser Favorit: der Schwarzwälder Schinken. Geschnittenes Obst + Gemüse fehlten auch nicht. Alles in allem: sehr gut! Wellness: Kleine aber feine Sauna, Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Bademäntel gegen kleines Entgelt zu leihen. Im Hause war es sehr ruhig, obwohl das Hotel gut besucht war.

Äußerlich ist das Gebäude schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das könnte man aber ändern.

Salle à manger, assis dans un coin derriere un poteau. Pas de déco sur notre table,alors que des fleurs, certe artificielles sur les autres. On a l'impression que les clients sont catégoriés pas de tv le premier soir

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen

Frühstück war gut und reichlich, es wurde immer nachgelegt. Das Schwimmbad mit Wellness war sehr angenehm. Zimmer war groß und bequem.

Beim Frühstücksservice hätte man die Angebote,die die Küche extra bereit hält, besser bewerben können.

Nochmal würde ich nicht hinfahren.

Die Möbel waren etwas altbacken, aber in Ordnung. Es war sehr sauber. Auch der kleine Wellnesbereich war ok.

Der Service war eine Katastrophe. Beim Frühstück hat ständig etwas gefehlt und das Personal musste aufgefordert werden, aufzufüllen ( z.B. Kaffeebohnen, Milchpulver im Vollautomat, Teller am Büffet, Haferflocken). Offenbar waren die Kellner im Urlaub und Auszubildende, Schüleraushilfen und Küchenpersonal mussten im Service aushelfen. Sie waren freundlich und bemüht, aber für ein 4Sterne-Haus nicht ausreichend. Einmal haben wir im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Das zweite Gericht kam erst, als ich bereits fertig essen war. Ein Getränk, dass auf der Karte stand, kannte die Bedienung nicht und war auch nicht im Bestand auffindbar.

Das Hotel kann man jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen

Das Frühstück und das Essen sind sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Baiersbronn, gut geeignet zum Besuch der Gartenschau. Der Spa-Bereich und der Pool sind ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen

Ça passe pour une nuit d’étape, mais pas pour un séjour plus long. Mérite seulement 3 étoiles, mais pas 4 !

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, et garage sous terrain gratuit.

Chambre propre, mais l’hôtel date: mérite une mise à jour aux standards d’aujourd’hui… Le petit-déjeuner correct. Par contre la demi-pension est trop chère, rapport qualité/quantité- prix: un lamentable petit « buffet » de salades…pas digne de ce nom et dessert minimaliste.
