Best sleep 30min from Auckland Airport

Close to the airport, big parking lot for free. Very very comfortable bed and pillows. Really great breakfast, I recommend buying it.

It is not possible to open the window. Not very convenient when you are not a fan of air condition.

Fantastic hotel with amazing food.

The food was absolutely fantastic, both dinner and breakfast. The hotel felt brand new. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The staff were superb too.

The only small issue was the shower, which had very low pressure and took ages to run hot.

A night away after our concert

Everything about this place is to like. It's easy to get to just off the motorway but you don't even feel like you are in Auckland. All staff are friendly and helpful. We had an excellent breakfast. The pool was lovely. Also free parking.

Perfect stopover just outside Auckland if travelling further

Overall, the stay was very pleasant and we loved the peaceful settings in and around the hotel.

There was a great selection to select from.

The coffee/tea cups were too small. It would be best to have medium sized cups and for some reason my pancakes went hard after a few minutes on the plate??? I couldn't eat most of it. We also noticed that the sugars provided in the rooms were mostly artificial sweetners. We prefer Raw Sugar. We came down for breakfast just a few minutes before it closed, but could not sit to have breakfast, so we had to go to Maccas.

Modern, clean and very welcoming ambience. The staff were so kind and accomodating and tolerant of all my small kids. Housekeeping gave us a small wash basin for my baby when I requested it. Breakfast was so yum!

Booked for a bit of luxury and a day by the pool. Didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather but did get my luxury! Lovely room, comfortable bed, lovely toiletries. Delightful dinner with cocktails.

Lovely stay but a few rooms were given away

Breakfast buffet was AMAZING! 🤩

Was traveling with a group and some of our rooms were giving away. There was a rock concert in town. Concerned that the rooms were reallocated to some other travelers for the purpose of charging more money. As a resort, I had to purchase a rollaway bed at EXTRA cost, to make sure nobody was sleeping on the floor. NOT happy with this experience.

Easy to find and super convenient when travelling to Auckland from the south. Nicely appointed and great setting in park like grounds.

No dairy and gluten free dinner options for one of our party, had to dine off site rather than eat at the hotel.

Excellent value for money close to the international airport.

This hotel is of a standard that you wish all hotels would achieve but rarely do. We stayed in a lot of 4 star and 5 star hotels in our month long stay in NZ and this hotel was undoubtedly the best on all criteria that count. It’s proximity to the airport ensures that every time we return to the North Island we will undoubtedly be staying there.

The room is very modern and thought out. Very nice lighting in there. Comfy bed. There are charging stations next to the bed so no phone chargers needed, a very modern tidy facility.

Will Stay Again

Convenient, the cookies, professional staff, gave us early check in, and an extra cookie as we had someone with us for a few hours.

When I rang to see if we could check in early, they couldn't find my booking even though it had been confirmed more than 24 hours beforehand through booking.com. It took 1.5 hours and 2 phone calls by me, and then finally a returned phone call from them to sort out.

Good spacious and comfortable room with large tv with Sky channels and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Plenty of on-site car parking.

Will always stay here when in NZ

The room was spacious and clean. The king size bed was comfortable and the shower was clean with great water pressure. We had dinner in the restaurant and the staff were lovely and the food was great. The reception staff were very accommodating when requesting a late check out and to please add breakfast to our booking. The hot cookie upon check out is always a lovely bonus!!
