Very convenient to downtown Mt Dora.. walking distance close. Loved the “efficiency” style. Equipped with everything needed for a 3 night stay
Bed was very comfortable.. pillows as well! A small courtyard all fenced in.

Very clean and modern; well situated to town; good value as contrasted to other choices. Enjoyed the outside patio.

everything that you need is there. they provide even good premium Sarasota coffee and for those who like keurig they had that too., fridge, toaster, microwave and many other things you will need. i love this place and it is my 3rd time there. customer service is wonderful, any questions you have they answer quite quickly.
the mattress is very firm so for those with back and joints issues be aware. the seats are also made of wood so be prepared to bring a cushion. the shower is wonderful but be aware that it is slippery with the soap.

There were a couple of nice things. The bed was very comfortable, but too big for the room. The bathroom shower was wonderful, but the tile in and out is a slippery type. The lights along the driveway is a nice touch.
1. Advertised as a B&B, but does not have breakfast or really any other accessible features, save for a nice gazebo to hang out in. No staff around to ask questions. My Mom was hoping to hang out at breakfast with other guests. 2. No closets at all, though the pictures show a closet. Hanging clothes all over the walls destroyed the aesthetic. 3. Microwave and coffee maker were fine, but only one decafe pod was available. 4. My elderly Mom had concerns about the slippery tile floors in the bathroom and the uneven pavement to and from the room. And she saw a roach in the room, but it is Florida under oak trees. 5. No where to interact with other guests, save the little open air gazebo out back. 6. The toilet seat shifts sharply. 7. Mom hated the microwave under the counter height.
