Villa Lukas is located right on the beach. A supermarket, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. The villa is very pleasant and beautifully furnished. Very nice and friendly people, always quickly resolved all requirements. I can definitely recommend Vila.
It has several rooms, so it's a great choice for families or friends.
The pool is beautiful and clean, there are plenty of places to rest and relax, a shower in the garden, a barbecue, plenty of parking spaces, and a quiet neighborhood.
The Wi-Fi connection was a little weak, but nothing that bothered me or spoiled my impression of the stay.

Location and everything you needed.
I do think you need to make it more clear that facilities can be used downstairs. We didn’t know what we could use.
Beach right on door step, quick to get into town
Having clean fresh towels to access every few days would have been better along having the option for clean bedding
We found it was too cold with using just the sheets and the air on or too warm with just the sheets.
Recommendation; pack mosquito spray!
