Well, I had to collect my Apartment Keys from a Real Estate agent about 25 mins away!! I had to take a Taxi,which cost me $76 ! ! ! I was NOT FAMILIAR with the area AT ALL! ! I assumed that Real Estate would be within the apartment complex.

Was nice

Everything was really good

We might not have had the view of the pool but the apartment is perfect for a couple and had all amenities in the kitchen and bathroom especially an airconditioner and upon arrival it was so vey clean

The bathroom shower-should be a walk in shower currently has a high step into it if your an older couple like us it is not safe as you will slip. Otherwise everything provided is lovely. If you don’t have a car to get your keys is at Broadbeach and you will not be able to ask if you can check in early as they provide a PIN number it’s too bad they should have that at swells outside the resort as it would be easier to pick up keys. This is only because our apartment was 3rd party an Air BnB even though we booked through booking.com so you need to check.

It’s location

The room was managed by an external real estate agent. We had to pick the key up from Broadbeach 11 kilometres away from a lock box. The room had a bath/ shower which wasn’t advertised. This created issues for my wife who has a disability. The bathroom vanity didn’t drain properly. There was minimal wardrobe space, a stack of plastic draws only were provided. The curtains are broken and the lounge furniture uncomfortable.
