Izuzetno čisto i uredno. Sobe nemaju kuhalo za vodu, no u prizemlju zgrade nalazi se kafić.
Ono što nam je zasmetalo je činjenica da je termostat u sobi zaključan na 24.7°C navečer te na 26.5°C ujutro radi čega nam je bilo teško zaspati pogotovo sada dok je toplinski udar kada temperatura navečer nije padala ispod 22°C. Loša zvučna izolacija, naime neki gosti bili su vrlo glasni oko 2 ujutro te su nas probudili.
