Optimale Lage, Nutzung einer Sauna möglich, Balkon vorhanden für gemütliche Stunden am Abend (wenn es nicht gerade regnet),

Die Lage war optimal. Zum Weihnachtsmarkt waren es nur wenige Meter.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, schlechte Trittschalldämmung. Vom Übermieter hört man jeden Schritt der gelaufen wurde. Das ist wirklich das Einzige, was uns ein wenig gestört hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, neue Ausstattung und hat eine Top- Lage.

Alles super. Die Wohnung 2 ist modern eingerichtet, hat alles, was man braucht, war sehr sauber und für eine Person groß genug. Check in hat super geklappt u die Lage war für mich ideal.
Ein Fliegengitter am Schlafzimmerfenster wäre gut gewesen. Ich kam abends spät an u wollte noch kurz lüften. Hatte dann ne riesige Winkelspinne an der Wand sitzen u musste erst noch "auf die Jagd gehen" ,mit einem Glas bewaffnet. 😳
