Everything - can't understate what a lovely property this is both in terms of condition, decor, fixtures and fittings and also the location... A five minute walk to the heart of Broadstairs and the stunning views and vibrant bars, cafés and restaurants. Communication from the hosts was excellent. A fantastic weekend away and the perfect setting to get together with friends.

Great spacious home from home accommodation to suit our party of three generations of 5 adults 1 baby and small family dog. Location perfect for exploring Broadstairs and surrounding bays. Excellent communication with hosts before and throughout our stay.
Price was high end but to be expected in the middle of summer.

Location was good. A Spacious house about 10 mins walk to the beach. I don't think you would get a house that size nearer the town. Really nicely done out inside, great taste in decor!
Due to the open plan nature you could hear people throughout the house. Not a problem for me but maybe for those that heard my snoring!

The bedrooms were spacious. The open plan lounge/kitchen was very comfortable.
I think the title “The Old School Hall -Opulence And Location” is an oversell that raises expectations. The premises is well appointed but beginning to show signs of wear and tear rather than “opulence”. The location is in a quiet, unremarkable residential road and a 5-10 minute walk to the front.
