Location was perfect. 30 seconds to pool, 60 seconds to beach.. very private gardens and roof terrace. Very quiet. 5 min walk to town, supermarket , shops, bars and restaurants . Local buses to Mojacar and Gurrucha. Tourist land train to and from Gurrucha runs til midnight. Good fun.
Having to find office to pick up keys and pay balance.. Furniture on roof terrace needs replacing. Automatic watering system goes several times day and night and overflows and drips onto back garden , onto step. Dangerous.! Noisy continual dripping.
