Apartamento Brumar 2 Corralejo

Excellent location

Needs new umbrella on terrace and better shower head

The swimming pool was lovely and the apartment was very central to shops and beach

Very modern apartment. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Full size fridge freezer. Comfortable beds. Recently renovated by the looks of it. Lovely balcony overlooking the lovely pool. Very central location. Host was very helpful. Arranged a private transfer from the airport for us too. Great stay

Location is excellent.

Part of a residential complex with a mix of residents and holidaymakers. Needs a makeover as it clearly has seen better days. No on site facilities which appear to have all closed sometime in the past before it's new mixed use. We found facilities ok but there were two mugs provided between us, the microwave did not work and some elements of cleaning such as skirting boards clearly dirty. An outside light for the front door would have been helpful. When it rained water came from the balcony to the apartment. Tap in the kitchen not secure to the sink. Towels provided were looking a bit tired. Speaking to other holiday makers on the site there was clearly a variation in quality of apartments that were individually let. We had the overall impression that the one we occupied was at the lower end of the quality spectrum and the owner could make more effort to improve quality in furnishings, clealiness and overall maintenance.
