The staff were excellent and very professional. The breakfast had great variety and good taste. The room was comfortable and they provided great amenities for our small dog. The location was perfect for what we had planned.

It’s connecting Ayala Mall. The rooms are clean and have enough space. The staff were very accomodating. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Despite complaints to front desk, temperature settings were inconsistent ranging from 17.5 degC to 25 degC, leading to poor quality sleep and exhaustion. Front desk/housekeeping are not responsive to requests for toiletries and water. Night stand drawer was dirty.
As for dining experience, staff were courteous at the onset. Once seated, service declined. You had to flag staff for refills. Some sweets were undercooked, as were the saba and kamote. Serving quantity was limited and ran out at 8AM!
