Hospedaje Colibri

La ubicación es maravillosa. Estuvimos muy contentos con el trato recibido. Buen desayuno. Se respiraba paz y tranquilidad. La cama era enorme y súper cómoda. La piscina genial. Gracias por todo!

Cambiaría un poco la ventilación de la habitación ya que al tener tanta humedad Costa Rica y la habitación carecer de ventanas, se notaba el ambiente muy húmedo y cargado a pesar de dejar el ventilador puesto todo el día. Cambiaría las duchas ya que están un poco mal hechas, por lo menos para ser una habitación de luxe. Le falta un poquito de remodelación. Por el reto todo genial.

Breakfast was cooked to order and fresh fruit which was very good. Pool is nice and room was massive. Parking on the front. Staff very freindly and helpful.

Only worry on the room is the exposed cable connectors above the shower head. These should be covered up and made waterproof. Have to drive evrywhere from it - not really walkable to anywhere due to roads and hills.

Todo muy limpio y cómodo, un ambiente tranquilo y siempre pendientes de nosotros si necesitábamos algo.

Close to Beach and transpotation

Owner disposition. No customer service. Entitled attitude "because he is the owner" issues with reservation number of people per room. And he continued to point out I reserve two multiple person rooms for just one person each. (Who does that?)I reserved with booking.com and the app did not allow me to add more people,one room for two and a family room.for up to six. I added everyone's name. They still booked as if one adult per room. The rest of my family members found a much better location, facilities and more affordable. I ended up with a family room for six with just me and one.more person. Booking.com tried to help but owner did not budge. I did not want to loose my money otherwise I would have left on same day. It took over three hours to resolve with booking.com. I had to call customer service in London. In app, it said talk to property manager. He said talk to booking.com. Ended up.having to pay more than stated amount and everyone waiting in the heat for over three hours. No courtesy or consideration for the guests while waiting to resolve issue. Facilities are somewhat rundown and need maintenance. One staff at the time handles everything from registering guests, to cooking if you pay for breakfast and room cleaning, etc. The one male staff was the only cordial one but very busy most of the day.
