Appartamento La Marineria

Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente, cortese e disponibile. Ci ha persino consentito di posticipare il check-out, poiché il nostro traghetto di ritorno era previsto in tarda serata. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, compresi la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice. Molto piacevole il panorama dal terrazzo, con una splendida vista sul porto. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile a circa cinque minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.

La doccia è risultata, a dir poco, scomoda. Sarebbe opportuno adeguarla, considerato che i comandi per regolare l'acqua sono situati all'esterno del box doccia. Inoltre, la pressione dell'acqua era insufficiente, al punto che il getto risultava molto debole, quasi un filo d'acqua.

tutto.comoditá per vicinanza al mare e allo stesso tempo al centro per qualsiasi evenienza (spesa,giro a piedi, ristoranti...) meravigliosa vista mare dalle terrazze.che dire,perfetto.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

We spend two weeks there and loved the location: -Next to the sea/Spaggia de Sasso -Supermarket, several restaurants, children playground were in walking distance. Rio Marina is great and a good starting point to explore the Island of Elba - People were really children friendly (also due to many Italian tourists) - All basic equipment (kitchen, etc) was there. Baby bed and seat (!) were provided. Simone was generally really nice and helpful. - Two terraces with amazing view. Historic appartment with high ceilings (there are even some hidden over 100 year old paintings on the ceilings) -Free parking was possible (3 min walking distance) - Although there was no air condition, t emperatures were OK with the two fans provided. If we return to Elba, we will definitely come back!

As the appartment is a historic building, some things are rather old such as the shower: Low water pressure => difficult to have a steady temperature which is not easy with sandy children.
