The staff were very kind and helpful during my stay, including the reception team, housekeeping, and security staff. I appreciated their friendliness and professionalism.

However, I was disappointed with some parts of the room and listing. The room was advertised as soundproof, but it was actually very noisy. I could clearly hear motorcycles outside and constant honking, which made it difficult to relax at times. The listing also advertised a kitchen, but there were no pots or pans available, so it was not very practical for cooking. There was an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle, but without basic cookware, the kitchen setup felt incomplete. Another inconvenience was the bathroom shower. Water from the shower head kept getting onto the floor outside of the shower area, so I had to clean up the floor every time after showering. Another issue happened while I was away for one weekend. When I returned, I found a note explaining that someone had entered my unit even though I had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign. I understand that this was because of heavy rain and water overflowing into the unit, and I appreciate that the receptionist apologized. However, nothing else was offered or done afterward regarding the inconvenience.

The reception, management, security, and most housekeeping staff were kind and helpful during my stay. I especially appreciated that the management and front desk teams coordinated to let me check in earlier than the official check-in time, which was very helpful.

However, I was disappointed with several issues in the room. Similar to another room I stayed in at this property, the room was advertised as soundproof, but it was still very noisy. I could clearly hear traffic, motorcycles, and constant honking from outside. The listing also advertised kitchen amenities, but there were no pots or pans available, which made the kitchen setup impractical for actual cooking. There was an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle, but without basic cookware, the kitchen felt incomplete. The bathroom shower also caused inconvenience because water from the shower head kept getting onto the floor outside of the shower area, so I had to clean the floor every time after showering. Another major issue was water leakage from the ceiling whenever it rained. There were leaks in multiple areas, with the most severe leak near the window. When this first happened late at night after 11 PM, there was no housekeeping or front desk staff available for me to ask for a proper cleaning towel, so I used one of the room towels to soak up the water from the floor. Naturally, the towel became dirty. When I later exchanged it for a clean towel, the heavier-set female housekeeper had an unpleasant attitude and addressed me as “mày,” which is a very rude and rude, low-class, dismissive, and insulting way to speak to a guest in Vietnamese.
