Great boutique hotel. Excellent service and staff. Esp the reception and the breakfast team.. big room. Very well designed. And again excellent location for people who need to be in this side of town / Koregaon park etc

we did not eat there. everything was smooth and effocient.

however, we booked ealry on booking.com, paid 11,000/ ofr three night. people who booked nearer the date on MMT got at 6000/! this isincredible, why would not charge us a fair rate?

So many things 1. So many different noises coming in the room from outside the building. The noise used to even stop in between. As i was alone girl in the room, it gave me a spooky feeling. Thrice I woke up from deep sleep. Upon contacting reception they did send someone to check but the guy had no idea from where the noise was coming. Later on the reception guy called to tell many guests have complained about such noises. I was surprised that nothing has been done about it. 2. I checked in at 12 am (night) and their checkout time is 11.30. So I had already paid in full and asked the reception guy to give me just half an hour extra while checking out for which he refused stubbornly citing various reasons. So I did not like this attitude. I think it should have been considered. So would not recommend.
