Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Soverato Marina, man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt, zum einkaufen oder essen gehen und zum Strand laufen und erreicht alles in 5-10 Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Straße, dadurch ist es angenehm ruhig. Es war sehr sauber und die Wohnung gibt alles her, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt (Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, gut ausgestattete Küche, …) Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert und waren jederzeit erreichbar, der Check-in erfolgte flexibel über das Telefon. Wir durften sogar früher in die Wohnung und länger bleiben, was uns sehr mit unseren Reisezeiten geholfen hat. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
Es könnten ein paar Modernisierungsarbeiten an der Einrichtung durchgeführt werden.

L'appartamento si presenta ben ristrutturato. La posizione è comoda: il mare è vicinissimo e anche il centro, tutto accessibile a piedi. Supermercato e altri servizi sono vicini.
