The apartment is great. It's clean and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. It was enjoyable to stay there. The location is very good within Mammoth - quiet but not far from ski hills and town. Getting in with an access code was super easy.
Very strict policies on early check in and late checkout. Check in was 4pm and Checkout was 10a. These are on the tighter end. The hosts said it would only work at 4pm, I thought this was a bit late to check in. You have to do some basic cleaning and put away your trash or you will get a fine. Very strict policies on top of a cleaning fee. This made it feel less hospitable.
