Blue Sea Island

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir unser Zimmer aufgrund der regulären Check-in-Zeit nicht sofort beziehen konnten, mussten wir nicht bis 15 Uhr warten, sondern konnten bereits nach etwa drei Stunden einchecken. Besonders gefreut hat uns das kostenlose Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool!!!Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, angenehm kühl und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Außerdem wurden wir mit einem kleinen Willkommensgeschenk (Honig und Süßigkeiten), einem Obstteller sowie einer Flasche Wein überrascht. Im Kühlschrank standen bereits gekühlte Wasserflaschen bereit. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Sowohl am Pool als auch am Strand waren immer ausreichend Liegen verfügbar, sodass man nie lange nach einem Platz suchen musste. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch den Handtuchservice: Jeder Gast konnte sich kostenlos ein Poolhandtuch ausleihen, das alle zwei Tage gewechselt wurde. Die Snackbar hat uns positiv überrascht. Dort gab es unter anderem Pizza, Gyros, Burger, Pasta, Pommes, Crêpes, Waffeln und Eis – alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war perfekt für zwischendurch. Die Cocktails und anderen Getränke waren größtenteils ebenfalls lecker. Da es sich um All Inclusive handelt, gab es zwar kleine Qualitätsunterschiede, insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden. Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut und alles, was angeboten wurde, hat geschmeckt. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass wir uns für den Preis etwas mehr Auswahl und mehr Abwechslung beim Buffet gewünscht hätten. Auch bei den Desserts sowie beim Frühstück hätten wir uns persönlich etwas mehr süße Auswahl gewünscht. Das ist aber Geschmackssache. Ein weiterer kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wären mehr Stationen mit gekühltem Trinkwasser zum Auffüllen.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. The staff brought us to our room and carried our luggage. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. The hotel has its own beach, which is very nice. Also some snacks in between meal times. The entertainment team was wonderful and really connected with the guests. The cleaning service was also very good. The staff at the main pool bar were very nice and also connected with the guests. It’s great that they had a partner for car rental, for a very good price.

Although the buffet was nice and varied, I missed some fresh juices for breakfast. The cocktails were nice but I don’t like the Fizzy drink versions of the sodas, I’d rather have real brands like Coca Cola etc. The à la carte restaurant had good food and the staff were nice, but I missed some variation on the menu. Ex. I don’t like cheese and a lot of dishes had cheese. I missed some connection and warmth from the staff at the reception. If you really need privacy, then maybe the room at the swimming pool is not for you. You need to have your curtains closed, otherwise people can look inside your room. The shower leaked a lot of water to the rest of the bathroom, so a squeegee would be handy.

The resort is located next to a beautiful and accessible beach where they have a decent amount of spots reserved for their guests, which is great for beach lovers. Bars and pool facilities are nice and clean and the food they serve (buffet style) is delicious! The staff is also polite and supportive.

The gym is open only from 10am until 6pm, not the best for whoever is looking to spend the day down at the beach and have some exercise early in the morning or right before dinner. On booking.com they mention they have 6 restaurants, but I guess they mean "6 kitchens" where they serve buffet style food. Quality and variety are good but you can access a served 'a la carte' dinner only once throughout your whole stay.

Very nice and friendly staff, food and drink quality was quite ok.

The quality of the rooms are not great, it was humid, dirty, the water was leaking through the wall. Very small shower, the cleaning of the room was not great, all left dusty.
