PEACEFUL GREEN VILLA

I had an amazing stay at Peaceful Green Villa in Unawatuna. The place is truly perfect — a spacious and comfortable accommodation set right in the middle of lush jungle, making it incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The garden and the view are absolutely beautiful, creating a serene atmosphere throughout my stay. The host was exceptional — very kind and thoughtful. He even brought me fresh fruit in the morning and kindly prepared breakfast on his own initiative, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Everything felt effortless and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and authentic experience in nature.

Honestly, I couldn’t find anything negative to say about this place. The villa is not the easiest to find at first, but that’s also part of its charm — it’s exactly what makes it such a peaceful and unique location, surrounded by nature. Once you arrive, you realize it’s absolutely worth it.

The whole place is suuuuch a vibe. A remote villa build quite literally by the hands of the owner, planted all different kinds of fruits and plants like a coconut tree, tea leaves, banana, pineapple, and many more! The level of detail is honestly remarkable, we had the room with the bath tub and the tub is even surrounded by a self made lil in-house beach made out of small beach stones, soooo cute!!! Everything was working well, especially the AC and the wi-fi💪🏾 special emphasis on the wi-fi since this allowed us to super comfortably work from the desk in the apartment. We stayed for 7 nights and even extended for one night and shortened our subsequent stay at the Kosgoda Sheraton🌟 We also rented the scooter which I highly recommend since it compliments the overall island jungle vibe great and you are not depended on tuk tuks since the place is rather off the cuff. Straight 10/10

Le calme, la vue panoramique, l’accueil réservé par Geeth. Le dîner préparé par lui et son épouse et servi dans le jardin. Le petit déjeuner gargantuesque sur le balcon avec la vue magique. La qualité des prestations dans le logement et la chambre très spacieuse : sans aucun doute la plus grande que nous ayons eu durant notre voyage.

Rien. Geeth est aux petits soins de ses hôtes et cela surprend encore après 12 jours car nous n’avons pas l’habitude d’être autant chouchouté.

Il y a trop de bonnes raisons de séjourner ici. Je pourrais citer la propreté du lieu, le calme et la beauté des environs, la qualité de la chambre que nous avons occupée avec sa cuisine ouverte en terrasse sur une vue à couper le souffle. Mais la principale raison, c'est Geeth, notre hôte ! Il vous recevra avec une générosité, une gentillesse et une pudeur sans pareille. Il viendra le matin avec le petit déjeuner préparé par ses propres soins, l'installer à votre table sur votre terrasse. Restez avec lui discuter un peu, et vous comprendrait ce que représente l'hospitalité au Sri Lanka ! Merci Geeth, à toute sa famille également. Cette guesthouse est une vraie pépite à ne manquer sous aucun prétexte.
