Matras was a little hard, a bit more practical info would be nice (explanation on the wastebin categories for example, which seem to different from the Dutch).

Recommendable stay if you like a quiet location.

We really liked the quiet location, the terrace, the flowers, the green house to sit back and relax, the very spacious room and the good shower. There was a lot of kitchen equipment. It was a very good bed. Good value for money.

We were a bit disappointed as we could not see the lake because of the trees. Also we could not see the small river at the back, although we could hear it. As there are no restaurants close to the property, we wanted to cook but we think the hood was broken. We found a couple of spider webs in the corner.

It would be excellence with to update with breakfast. ;)

The quietness of the place and surounded by green. We felt like both vacation and staying home feeling at the same time. Our dog, Amber also love the place. Perfect choice for people who travel with dog. Netflix was another star for facilities. I recommand to stay 2 or 3 days, if you like to enjoy hiking, nature, and swimming.

Nothing. Only difficult to get food or grocery in this areas. We need to go to buy grocery for simmerath.

Perfecte plek om te laden

Prachtig en zeer ruim appartement, met uitzicht op de natuur. De tuinkas maakt het helemaal af. Perfecte plek om op te laden. Als er iets is, zijn de eigenaren er binnen een paar minuten om het op te lossen.

Wij waren er op maandag- en dinsdagavond in november. Dan zijn veel horecagelegenheden gesloten. Thuisbezorgd werkt wel :)

Mooi ruim en schoon appartement met een natuurgevoel. Leuk zitje in een gezellige bloemen/plantenkas. Duidelijke instructies en alles is aanwezig. We hebben genoten.

De uitstraling. Het was een prachtig ruim appartement met een heerlijk eigen terras met alle privacy die een mens maar wensen kan.

Sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Top Lage. Die Küche und das Bad sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Ab und zu hat man die Anwohner und Vermieter oben bzw in den hinteren Räumen gehört. Aber das wusste ich ja. Das Sofa ist sehr weich und nicht sehr gemütlich. Hab wegen den Flecken aver einfach eigens mitgebrachte Wolldecken drauf gelegt. Das Bett war super bequem!

Das einzige was ich etwas unangenehm fand, war das eine der Anwohner von oben einmal zum Gießen auf der Terrasse war. Verstehe ich ja, aber dadurch hab ich mich etwas unwohl gefühlt und war froh das die Gardinen fast komplett zugezogen waren 😅 Ansonsten kommen mein Hund und ich gerne wieder 😊

Schöne, ruhige Lage auf dem Berg. Zum Einkaufen sind wir mit dem Auto nach Simmerath gefahren. Ausblick auf den Ruhrsee. Unterkunft schön, hell. Matratzen super. Klein aber fein und für ein Wochenende völlig ausreichend. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Sauna haben wir nicht gefunden somit auch nicht genutzt. Informationen zu Ausflugtips, Gastronomie & Co. wäre sicherlich noch eine Idee.

Ein magischer Ort um Energie zu tanken!

Dieser Ort entspricht wahrlich seinem Namen. Eine Charging Station für gute Energie und Erholung. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte im Glashaus richtig zur Ruhe kommen. Ein magischer Ort zum Geniessen! Ich bin dankbar, dass ich diesen Ort gefunden und gebucht habe.

Sonnenterrasse, Natur und Entspannung pur!

Zum Entspannen ist der Ort super. Der Gastgeber hat sehr freundlich kommuniziert. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht getroffen, es gab eine Schlüsselbox für den Zugang. Die Sonnenterrasse ist auch herrlich. Wir durften unseren Hund mitnehmen. Lediglich die Tür zur Wohnung der Gastgeber könnte besser abgedichtet sein, da man schon einiges mitbekommt. Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Zum Kochen ist alles da, aber die Messer könnten etwas schärfer sein ☺️ wir kommen bestimmt wieder an den Rursee.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist total schön eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb sehr wohl. Sie ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Wir wären gern länger geblieben. Außergewöhnlich tolle Unterkunft. Wir kommen gern wieder, mit mehr Zeit. Lieben Dank!

Rustige ligging, weinig doorgaand verkeer. Ruim huisje, met alle voorzieningen aanwezig die je nodig hebt. Huisdierenvriendelijk 😊

De aanwezigheid van een borstel was leuk geweest om tussenin eens te vegen (zeker na een wandeling met een hond in een bos).

Die Sauna (jedoch muss mal wohl vorher - am Besten bei Buchung - Bescheid sagen, wenn man sie nutzen möchte). Sehr schön ruhig und hell!
