    Photos leas you to believe there is AC as the head units are still on the wall, they dont work. What hotel in a tropical environment doesn't have AC in 2026? The hotel is ok, but parking is also a problem. I think there are better choices of hotel around the area at a similar price point with superior facilities

    Although rooms are slightly outdated, it is clean. The only flaw - the AC was a bit weak (I think for this reason there was a fan in the room), but for those who doesn't like too much cold like me - it's okay. But the location is great!

    We stayed at Sea Light Hotel in Da Nang and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The location was convenient; however, the hotel itself had several issues that significantly affected our stay. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because the Agoda listing advertised it as being newly built. Unfortunately, this did not reflect our experience, as the property appeared to be much older and the listing did not seem to have been updated. Upon arrival, our family was allocated rooms on different floors, which was very inconvenient when travelling with children. One of the rooms had a strong musty smell and all the rooms we were in had visible mould in the bathroom, stains on the walls, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. The fridge in the room was not working, the shower was only lukewarm, and the toilet did not appear to have been cleaned properly. We also found the hallways and elevator areas to be dirty and poorly maintained. While a room change was eventually offered, it did not fully address our concerns regarding the overall standard of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property. We were also disappointed with the attitude of some staff members and found the management’s response to our concerns to be lacking in professionalism and empathy. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
