Villa Marthan

The place was great. The location is so convenient—it's in a nice, quiet spot, but still super close to the beach and everything else you need. Having the parking lot right there made things so easy. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and having AC in the whole house was a plus. The garden is also beautiful and peaceful with an outdoor shower that was really handy. You can really tell that everything has a thought behind it. Huge thanks to our host, who was so welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail throughout our trip. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting San Vito lo Capo!

Die Lage war perfekt, in ruhiger Nebenstraße und dennoch nur wenige Minuten fussläufig zum Strand. Das Haus mit Hof und mehreren tollen Sitzmöglichkeiten einfach nur super. Es gibt eine separate Waschküche. Die Zimmer waren allesamt sehr landestypisch und dennoch modern eingerichtet. Tolle Betten, tolle Ausstattung im Ganzen Haus. Die Küche ebenfalls top 6. Es gibt sogar eine Kaffeemaschine und Ilena hat eine Box mit Keksen, Kaffe und Tee bereit gestellt. Auch die Bäder in einem sehr guten Zustand. Perfekt für alle, die gerne nah am Geschehen sind und dennoch etwas Ruhe vom Trubel wünschen. Wir sind begeistert und kommen wieder!!!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, tolle und gute Ausstattung, ausreichend Platz, kurze Wege zum Strand und Stadtmitte und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit, Bilder entsprechen der Realität und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kids.

Ho soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia. Bella villetta a pochi passi dal mare, arredata con gusto, comoda e dotata di tutti i comfort. Spazio esterno curato. Pulizia ottima. Ylenia la proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
