This is a really cute, comfortable property! It is in a great spot to enjoy Pompano, Lauderdale by the Sea and even Las Olas ( just a short drive away or take the water taxi!)
The management was very helpful and responded very quickly if we had any questions.
I would highly recommend this property.
The bathroom door? But not a big deal.

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the privacy and the Publix a block away was a bonus for us.
I can’t complain about anything. We enjoy the stay.

The best thing about this property is location. A Publix grocery is literally across and down the street one block. You can walk to the Pompano Pier and beach in about 20ish minutes, along with some cute restaurants & shops. As for the property itself, the kitchen is nicely updated, the place was very clean and the A/C worked like a champ. For 3 nights, we were very comfortable.
It’s very clean, but note it’s also worn. The large mirror in the living room has a damaged corner, the shade covering the front door glass is ripped, the kitchen table is dinged up,there’s a bit of mold on the caulking in the bathroom. The one thing that could have been a big problem - but wasn’t b/c we moved a chair near the doorway to serve as a reminder - is the substantial drop between the bathroom floor and the hallway floor. This is an accident waiting to happen for someone headed to the bathroom at night.
